Imagine taking your nautical adventures to the next level with a submersible experience that goes beyond snorkeling or even scuba diving with a semi-submersible trimaran. This is the reality of Platypus Craft, an extraordinary concept that’s now accepting investors to brings its creative design to life. Its creators saw a spectacular vision: to create a watercraft that would enthrall its passengers by being able to make short dives. The Platypus can glide atop the water’s surface or dive to 2 meters. Two outboard motors propel the craft and can be powered with either electric or gas engines. Two air compressors offer air onboard for submersion, eliminating the need for air tanks. While pilots don’t necessarily need experience, the recommended background is a scuba diving certification.
