THERME DUBAI: OASIS AS "ISLANDS IN THE SKY"

Therme Dubai is set to become the world’s tallest wellbeing resort, a $545 million (AED 2 billion) landmark redefining urban luxury. Designed by the visionary architects Diller Scofidio + Renfro, this 100-meter-high vertical sanctuary blends cutting-edge wellness with breathtaking design, situated in the heart of the city’s vibrant landscape.

A holistic health ecosystem featuring world-class thermal and mineral pools, the world’s largest indoor botanical garden, and 18-meter-tall waterfalls. Unique features include a 328-foot-tall structure of "Islands in the Sky," stacked terraces with over 200 plant species, and restorative saunas and steam rooms. Transitioning from contemplative relaxation by day to a lively hub of music and artistic performance by night, the resort also boasts a Michelin-starred restaurant and a sprawling waterpark.

This project elevates quality of life at scale, merging sustainable technology with Dubai’s legacy for architectural wonders.
