Katsugyo in Japanese roughly means ‘live fish’ but the Katsugyo Bag is anything but a bag. It is a cutting-edge carrying case designed to contain live fish to keep them extra fresh. Think of it as a portable aquarium, with the fish being able to live within the case for a limited time. Since freshness is a key in the food industry, this design will ensure access to oxygen and temperature level for full oversight. This allows keeping fish food fresh until they are ready to be cooked. The Katsugyo Bag has an impressive capacity for multiple small fish or one larger fish like a catfish. The product design is still under development and some features might change before its release.
