"THE DELICACY" TRAILER - DIVE INTO THE DELICIOUS WORLD OF SEA URCHINS

The Delicacy is a compelling story about people and food. Directed by creators of the SOMM films, it explores how a group of sea urchin divers deal with the dangers of their job to examine how the exotic aquatic creatures are harvested and eaten, as well as their remarkable journey to high-end restaurants around the world.

The Delicacy journey starts from the coastal California waters to tables at top restaurants as it follows the sought-after sea urchin, which has "the most impressive and unique flavor that the ocean gives us", chef and TV host Andrew Zimmern declares in the trailer. The Delicacy will available exclusively on SOMM TV beginning May 7.
