Sullivan's Fish Camp opened in 2022 at 2019 Middle Street, Sullivan's Island, South Carolina, USA, honoring the original Sullivan's Seafood Restaurant that operated from 1988.

Owned by Basic Projects hospitality group, the restaurant features 1970s sailboat-inspired bar design with custom stained glass lamps and local artwork.

Menu highlights include beer-battered fish and chips, Fish Camp sandwich with jerk-rubbed fish, New England lobster roll, truffle parmesan fried shrimp, jalapeño gouda hush puppies, and duck fat fried chicken. Frozen cocktails include Piña Colada, Paloma, and "Big Gulp" rum drinks served in glass-blown fish bottles. Serves lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch with same all-day menu.
