Perched on Spain’s northern coast, the Loredo NAVC01 residence by Zooco Estudio redefines seaside living with a design that blurs the boundary between architecture and nature.

Anchored on a hillside overlooking the Bay of Biscay, the home unfolds through clean geometric forms, expansive terraces, and floor-to-ceiling windows that invite the sea and sky into every space. Whitewashed walls contrast against warm timber and stone, reflecting the timeless coastal vernacular while embracing modern minimalism. Inside, light floods open-plan interiors, creating a dialogue between serenity and sophistication. The infinity pool seems to spill into the horizon, while secluded garden spaces offer moments of privacy amid sweeping ocean views.

More than a home, Loredo NAVC01 is a retreat crafted for contemplation, connection, and the rhythm of the tides—a contemporary haven where design celebrates the endless poetry of the sea.
