Suspended above a 620-acre mangrove reserve, the structures are engineered to float above the delicate ecosystem, minimizing ground impact while maximizing immersion in the Yucatecan landscape.

It includes an ecologically conscious design that protects the Sian Ka’an nature reserve while offering unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea. Unique features include a geometric layout inspired by the Pleiades constellation and the Mayan solar calendar, with arc-shaped volumes that mimic the "celestial birthplace." The resort’s heart features a cenote-inspired destination spa and an undulating bamboo yoga pavilion, bridging the gap between ancient cosmology and modern minimalism.
