JOIN THE TIDE

Sea Legacy is a group of some of the most accomplished and well-known photographers, filmmakers, and storytellers working to protect our oceans. Cristina Mittermeier, a trailblazer of the modern conservation photography community, and Paul Nicklen, a distinguished National Geographic polar photographer, co-founded SeaLegacy in 2014. They lead excursions with teams of the world's greatest photographers and filmmakers to capture the beauty and dangers lurking beneath the surface of our oceans. Then they use the great media they capture on expeditions to educate others, which inspires worldwide campaigns that result in long-term and sustainable change. As a community, they amplify and finance inspiring projects all across the world, one resolution at a time, to create healthy and abundant seas. Donations ensure the Sea Legacy collective is able to continue their work and keep bringing attention to the problems faced by the sea.
