GRAY WHALE GIN

Nothing is better than a drink by the sea, and for that, you will need the most fitting gin! This gin was crafted with the California Gray Whale in mind, which migrates from the warm seas of Baja to the arctic every year. Gray Whale Gin's botanicals pay homage to this epic journey.

To take its patrons on the same path, California Gray Whale Fin includes notes of limes from Temecula, fresh mint from Santa Cruz, almonds from the Capay Valley, wild juniper berries from Big Sur, fir from a Sonoma tree farm, and wild-harvested Kombu sea kelp from the Mendocino Coast. The result is a distinct flavor profile that begins with a citrus explosion and concludes with a smooth finish, making it perfect for sipping straight over ice or mixing into a variety of cocktails.
