Gin d'Azur is made with juniper and Provencal botanicals such as thyme, rosemary, lavender, marjoram, mountain savoury, star anise, and Menton lemon peel, and is inspired by the famous ocean waters of the Côte d'Azur and landscapes of Provence. Each Provencal ingredient is picked at the pinnacle of ripeness and aroma. The ingredients are distilled individually over an open flame in copper pot stills, then amplified with a pinch of Camargue salt. The sun, sand, and sea of the Cote d'Azur inspired this gin. This award-winning gin is made in Cognac with organic botanicals gathered from local Provence suppliers. The bottle is biodegradable and free of plastic. The gin's creators are concerned about the environment, especially the water around the Cote d'Azur, and actively contribute to the removal of waste from our oceans and seas. Gin d'Azur is a finely prepared gin designed for socializing and sharing.
