Casa Sforza is more than a hotel, this is a project designed to retrieve traditions and bring the community in its every aspect. Located in Puerto Escondido on Mexico’s Pacific coast, the Casona Sforza is a cozy oceanfront retreat. Its unique silhouette was inspired by millenary techniques such as arch-based vaults that would bring the design to life. The curved volumes create dramatic vaulted ceilings on the interior for both private guest rooms and the farm-to-table restaurant. The hotel features 11 suites that face the ocean. Warm, neutral palettes, furnishings made by local artisans, and woven hammocks create light, serene sanctuaries for guests. The complex also has a large circular pool that's just steps from the beach. The project's main goal is to create a home for all - “second casa”: all with community and sustainability in mind, where every detail is thought to make guests feel at home and safe.
