BURY DESIGN INCEPTION 24 CONCEPT YACHT

The Bury Design inception of the 24 Concept Yacht was designed as a counterbalance to the current planning day boat. It is all about first principles and removing the unnecessary. At modest speeds, a lightweight, thin hull is designed for maximum efficiency. As a result, the vessel can considerably exceed potential hull speed. A diesel-electric hybrid system powers the single, highly efficient ducted propeller. The amount of wave energy supplied to the yacht in the form of roll motions is greatly reduced with the boat's narrow beam. For that reason, the onboard gyro stabilizer is quite effective in reducing roll. The active water ballast system adds to the comfort by automatically and silently counteracting static heel caused by passenger or wind loading. The Bury Design Inception 24 Concept Yacht can accommodate four guests and two crew members for up to twelve days of vacation.
