Founded in 2003 by the Platt family, the restaurant continues to feature recipes inspired by Doris Platt’s original creations, blending heritage flavors with Oregon’s seasonal produce.

The kitchen uses locally caught seafood—including rockfish for ceviche, halibut for causa, and trout—paired with ají peppers sourced from Peru and nearby hybrid farms.

Signature cocktails like the Sacsayhuamán, made with habanero vodka and passionfruit, highlight the bar’s creative range.
