ALDO BEACH HOUSE

The Aldo Beach House is a comfortable, cozy, and minimalistic living space that has been redesigned with deep respect to nature, delicate landscape, and its surrounding. Wittman Estates and its architects who believe in architecture that should be based on nature and experience, transformed the 1940’s beach house into a new multi-generational home expanding the living area while keeping the ecology of the waterfront. Two shifting wings that provide extra living space hover over the hillside and beach supported by thin steel columns and pin piles. Its exterior is made of local materials like fir and cedar emphasizing a distinctive landscape. Stainless steel and concrete add a maritime touch to the wood materials. The Aldo Beach House is intended to blend the old and new by adding modern and innovative design solutions and to create a perfect place for family gateway.
