X2 River Kwai is a luxury avant-garde riverfront resort in the Kanchanaburi, the largest province in western Thailand with a storied history. Unlike other resorts, X2 River Kwai embraces local character, industrial-chic style, and innovative design. The resort has only 22 rooms with lavish furnishing and modern amenities. All rooms have panoramic river views and 14 of them are floating directly above the water. The XFloat LuXe Cabins are designed with a private dock on which a complimentary kayak awaits its guests. X2 River Kwai’s resort facilities offer a restaurant & bistro with an outdoor deck, a library, and an expansive infinity swimming pool surrounded by sun beds and lounge chairs. Guests are also offered a wide range of water activities including swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The resort is designed with a sustainable and eco-friendly attitude creating a sense of “unpretentious luxury”.
