Torre San Pancrazio rises from a rocky promontory in Ansedonia, Tuscany, its 16th-century lookout tower restored into a private villa with uninterrupted views of Monte Argentario and the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Designed for eight guests, the property combines historic architecture with modern comfort. Terraces surround the tower, creating spaces for dining, lounging, and watching sunsets, while steps lead directly down to the rocky shoreline and clear waters below.

The interiors preserve the tower’s character while offering four en suite bedrooms and comfortable living areas. Guests are within easy reach of the long sandy beaches of Feniglia and Ansedonia, as well as the historic towns of Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano.
