A design "tuned" to light and sound, featuring wood-lined interiors that diffuse acoustics and enhance thermal warmth. Unique features include strategically positioned openings that capture shifting daylight and outdoor terraces that extend the living area into the rugged landscape. The home employs passive airflow strategies via operable windows and deep overhangs to moderate sunlight. Following strict Sea Ranch guidelines, the structure introduces innovative forms that allow occupants to experience gradual transitions in temperature and sensory atmosphere.
