Perla: A Sculpted Moment in Marbella

Perched on the hillsides of Marbella, Perla is an architectural reinterpretation of the sea’s eternal movement. Designed by STIPFOLD, this 400-square-meter residence redefines coastal luxury not through excess, but through the "sculpting of energy into stillness." The exterior, crafted from fiber concrete, captures the frozen grace of a breaking wave—a suspended ripple that transforms the heavy medium into a light, fluid gesture.

Inside, the dialogue of movement continues with a restrained palette of sand, white, and pale wood. Parametric lines flow across the beige fiber concrete walls, echoing the rhythmic geometry of the tides. Every element, from the custom kitchen island to the ceiling’s gentle curves, is an intentional choice aimed at visual silence and emotional depth. It is a home built for those who value the precision of minimalism and a deep, quiet connection to the Mediterranean horizon.
