A naturally temperature-regulated environment provided by the earth’s thermal mass and total privacy via its cliffside orientation. Unique features include massive floor-to-ceiling glass apertures that frame the Aegean Sea as a living mural, raw concrete surfaces that echo the island’s tectonic textures, and a cantilevered infinity pool that merges seamlessly with the horizon.
