Lapa Rios Lodge is your unique opportunity to live the rainforest experience of a lifetime. Set within a 1000-acre private nature reserve in Central America’s last remaining lowland tropical rainforest in Costa Rica’s wild Osa Peninsula. In this incredible environment, guests can experience rainforest adventures, wildlife encounters and ocean activities. For those looking for tranquility and relaxation, there are plenty of options to connect with its pristine nature and enigmatic ecosystem. Staying at Lapa Rios also includes a unique opportunity to learn and explore the core of the wild Osa Peninsula through educational tours such as interpretive hikes, bird-watching walks, sustainability tours.

The lodge features 17 private bungalows located along a ridge in our 1000-acre private Rainforest Reserve. The uniquely designed bungalows are open-air with screens and ensure an incredible indoor-outdoor experience and appreciation for the sounds, sights, and smells of the Rainforest.
