KOKOMO AILAND - PRIVATE FLOATING HABITAT

"Kokomo Ailand" is an ultra-luxurious and remarkable private floating island created by an Austrian design company, Migaloo Private Submersible Yachts. One-of-a-kind exotic habitat is based on semi-submersible platforms with a length of 117 metres, a beam of 78 metres and a draft of 20,5 – 9,7 metres.

It has an enormous amount of space to accommodate a variety of luxury amenities including VIP suites, penthouse, the beach deck with swimming pool, beach clubs with a beach gym, a spa deck with a gym and beauty salon, a stunning garden deck for dining and strolling, and much more.

To spotlight the exotic feeling, there is a ‘Jungle Deck’ with a swimming pool, a waterfall, palm trees and vertical gardens. Special entertainment includes laser shows, an outdoor cinema, a shark feeding station, a dance floor and an underwater dining salon. The designers have also incorporated a convenient helipad that makes it easy to travel from land to sea.

Designed as a floating island, it is obviously not very fast and will travel at a speed of maximum of 8 knots.

Overall, this extravagant floating vessel with its incomparable features and technology could be the most innovative dream home on the water.
