Dragonfly by Lürssen

The 142-meter superyacht Dragonfly, formerly Project Alibaba, has completed her sea trials and is poised for imminent delivery. Crafted by the esteemed German shipyard Lürssen, Dragonfly epitomizes luxury and advanced maritime engineering.

Designed by Germán Frers, with interiors by Nauta Design, Dragonfly offers expansive living spaces, including 2,000 square meters of interior areas and 1,000 square meters of exterior social zones. Notable features encompass two helipads, multiple swimming pools, and a diesel-electric hybrid propulsion system, underscoring a commitment to luxury and environmental responsibility.

The yacht is anticipated to be delivered to her owner, Google co-founder Sergey Brin, by the end of 2024. This acquisition marks a significant addition to Brin’s fleet, aligning with his reputation for embracing cutting-edge technology and sustainable solutions.
