Cedar Boxes of Smoked Sockeye Salmon

The Sea Change Seafood, a small artisan shop from Quadra Island, BC delivers an impressive presentation of Canadian Smoked Salmon. A fillet of a smoked sockeye salmon, famous for its bright red color and deliciously rich flavor is cooked and ready to serve. Each wooden box is hand silk-screened with a graphic by a Canadian Haida artist and is a piece of art by itself. Enjoy this product with cream cheese and a sliced baguette garnished with capers, lemon wedges, and thin slices of red onion. Kudaw Pacifici Sauvignon Blanc would be an excellent companion.
