1948 Chris-Craft Deluxe Runabout: Reimagined as a Nautical Bar

This 1948 Chris-Craft Deluxe Runabout, originally a 17-foot mahogany classic, has been transformed into a bespoke bar while retaining the timeless craftsmanship of its marine heritage.

Expertly bisected and mounted on a custom wooden cradle, the vessel now houses a quartz bar top, built-in refrigerator, and Amish-made cabinetry with nautical helm-inspired pulls. Its polished wood, chrome detailing, and hand-painted “Uncorked” livery on the transom preserve the iconic Chris-Craft aesthetic.

Accents like flags fore and aft, three custom bar stools, and engraved “Uncorked” wine glasses complete the maritime atmosphere. More than a collector’s item, this unique piece blends functionality with heritage, offering a centerpiece for entertaining that carries the spirit of the open water into homes, clubs, or event venues.

It embodies Chris-Craft’s celebrated legacy while serving as a conversation-starting bar with unmatched nautical character.
