A naturally temperature-regulated environment provided by the earth’s thermal mass and total privacy via its cliffside orientation. Unique features include massive floor-to-ceiling glass apertures that frame the Aegean Sea as a living mural, raw concrete surfaces that echo the island’s tectonic textures, and a cantilevered infinity pool that merges seamlessly with the horizon. The design prioritizes silence and weight, stripping away excess to focus on the raw elements of wind, stone, and light. It is a provocative meditation on shelter, submission, and architectural sharpening of the natural landscape.
